Common Terms & Conditions Questions

You can close your account anytime through Settings. Any real-money balance is paid out via your registered method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within 5 business days. Unplayed bonuses are forfeited. You can request reactivation after 14 days by contacting support; we review each request individually.

Our Terms allow you to set personal Deposit references and bet limits through your account settings. Loss caps and time-based restrictions can be adjusted anytime. We recommend reviewing these before large sessions, especially on live tables where real-time betting can accumulate quickly.

QRIS transfers typically complete within 2–4 hours once approved. DANA, OVO and GoPay usually settle within 1–3 business hours. Times may extend during account verification or if the transaction triggers fraud review. Terms specify the 5-business-day maximum hold period before we escalate.

File a dispute within 30 days of the transaction with screenshots and your account reference number. Send it to [email protected]. We review within 10 business days and respond with a decision and reasoning. If we deny your appeal, you can escalate once more before the case closes.

We may suspend or close accounts for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breaching Terms (e.g. using VPNs from restricted regions), late identity verification or payment failures. You'll receive notice and a chance to respond before permanent closure. Account closure is also an option through account settings.

Bonus balances are separate from real money. To convert a bonus to real funds, you must play through it—typically 30× the bonus amount on qualifying games. Slots count 100%; live table games may count 10–50%. Terms detail weighting per promotion. Once playthrough is met, the balance becomes withdrawable.

Terms prohibit multiple accounts per person and account sharing with others. One account per individual, verified by ID. If we detect duplicates or shared use, we may suspend both accounts and forfeit balances. This protects you and us from fraud and bonus manipulation.
