Your account balance is held in segregated accounts separate from our operational funds. This structure ensures your deposits are protected and remain accessible to you independent of our internal financial status.

We aim to provide written notice of account suspension along with the reason. In cases of immediate fraud risk or illegal activity, we may suspend temporarily pending investigation, then issue formal notice within forty-eight hours.

Disputes are handled through our formal escalation process. You'll receive acknowledgement within two business days, investigation updates weekly, and a resolution decision within thirty days. Appeals go to our compliance team.
